Role Overview: As the Head of Solutions Engineering, you will oversee teams in regions including China, EMEA, APAC, and the US. These teams engage with Airwallex clients during the pre-sales phase, solution design, and project implementation.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver product demonstrations, propose tailored solutions to achieve customer objectives, manage the product and technology aspects of RFP submissions, and ensure the successful execution of projects that may involve complex API integrations, user experience design, and software development.
Your leadership will empower the team to meet customer demands and successfully launch products into the market, while establishing the necessary processes and capabilities to support our global expansion strategy.
You will become a subject matter expert on Airwallex's financial infrastructure platform and its potential to enhance the digital economy, assisting organizations in scaling their operations internationally.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, with strong academic performance.
- Over 10 years of experience in implementing or delivering software product solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A strong problem-solving mindset, adept at collaborating with customers, partners, and the Airwallex Engineering team to create new products and solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both commercial and technical stakeholders at an executive level.
- Knowledge of the payments sector or financial services is advantageous.
