- Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Core HR workstream, providing strategic and operational oversight across Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll domains.
- Collaborate with Process Owners to design and implement HR processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as related workstreams including IT, Change Mngmt, etc.
- Drive the execution of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for the delivery and integration of HR services within the workstream.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating HR-related risk.
- Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives within the workstream, identifying risks and opportunities and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Champion best practices in HR operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Qualifications:Proven experience in HR management or a similar role with a focus on Core HR functions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of Process Owners and specialists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR processes and systems.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR operational strategies with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Proficient in leading medium to large sized projects. Typically requires a minimum of six (6) – to eight (8) years of experience.
- Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Peoplesoft and its integration with cloud-based software solutions, specifically UKG Pro
