Job Title: Senior Director of Human Resources

CRISTA Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support our mission and vision.

Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Human Resources will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with CRISTA's values and mission. This role will provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of HR functions that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with CRISTA's mission and vision
  • Lead the HR team to achieve excellence in talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to inform and advise on HR and people management strategies
  • Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of human resources experience at the Director level or above
  • Proven track record of leading HR teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, staff, and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of human resources experience at the Director level or above
  • Experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits planning, and administration
