Human Resources Manager

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
