Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at All Things HR, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple HR functions, including policies and procedures, employee relations, benefit administration, recruitment, HR metrics and reporting, and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and employee growth.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee development opportunities.
  • Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Recruit and hire new employees, including developing job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting, including tracking employee data and generating reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a nonprofit or government context.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and influence across teams.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

  • Vacation and sick pay accrued based on hours worked.
