Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to prioritize duties, work effectively with interruptions in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple and often competing deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with ability to effectively communicate with faculty, students, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an academic setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and synthesize information and communicate it effectively to lay audiences in verbal and written form.
