Senior Director of Human Resources

The Senior Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function at CRISTA Resources, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization's mission and vision. This senior leader will provide strategic guidance and operational leadership to ensure an exceptional employee experience, driving retention and engagement while empowering ministry outcomes that are spiritually and culturally healthy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that support CRISTA's mission and vision, ensuring alignment with the organization's values and Kingdom-first culture.
- Lead the HR team in delivering exceptional employee experiences, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to define the HR vision and strategy, driving ongoing improvements and adopting best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that support CRISTA's business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- 7+ years of human resources experience at the Director level or above, with significant experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits planning, and administration.
- Certificate in Human Resources Management from an accredited institution and/or PHR.
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, staff, and customers, with a strong focus on building a positive and inclusive work environment.
- 10+ years of experience at the Director level or above, with significant experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits planning, and administration.
CRISTA is a Christian, religious organization that lives out its faith-based mission through five ministries: CRISTA Camps, CRISTA Media, CRISTA Senior Living, King's Schools, and World Concern.
