Our commitment to our employees' growth and development is paramount, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR strategies and initiatives.

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee our human resources department (20 people). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our professional services' growth and uphold our commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. The CHRO will work closely with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.


Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the company's mission and vision.

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive employee development and retention programs.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, diversity, and employee well-being.

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Manage organizational change initiatives and serve as a strategic partner to senior management on all HR-related matters.

Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, preferably within the professional services industry.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management.

Proven track record of implementing successful HR programs that contribute to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams.

This position is based in their headquarters in New York, NY.
