Position Overview

Delta Utilities Services, LLC is in search of a visionary and accomplished professional to take on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This executive will spearhead all human resources initiatives and functions, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the organization’s immediate and future business goals.

The CHRO will oversee a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including but not limited to talent acquisition, fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, managing employee relations, performance assessment, compensation structures, benefits administration, HR information systems, training, and compliance with HR regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HR leadership, demonstrating a successful history of crafting and executing HR strategies that enhance organizational growth and employee satisfaction. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that resonate with the overall business objectives and cultural ethos of the organization.
  • Devise and implement talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a high-performance environment and promote a sense of belonging among employees.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top-tier talent into the organization.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans, to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances in accordance with legal standards.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide strategic insights and support to senior leadership on HR matters, including workforce planning and organizational restructuring.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, integrating insights into organizational strategies.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related discipline is essential; equivalent experience and education may be considered.
  • A minimum of ten to fifteen years of relevant professional experience is required, with at least eight years in a leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and regulations, with a proven ability to implement effective HR strategies.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead and nurture high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, aligning HR initiatives with business performance and objectives.
