We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer who will spearhead essential HR functions and lead the formulation, execution, and assessment of initiatives and policies that foster the growth and prosperity of Socotec.
This role involves providing guidance and support to the HR team while ensuring the efficient management of processes such as talent acquisition, performance evaluation, employee relations, and benefits management.

Strategic Direction:
Formulates and guarantees the effective execution of strategies, systems, policies, and procedures for talent management, succession planning, leadership cultivation, and employee engagement.
Employee Development:
Designs and supervises training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and competencies.
Recognizes high-potential staff and establishes career advancement pathways.
Leadership Cultivation:
Develops and implements leadership training programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.
Offers coaching and mentorship to managers and executives.
Employee Engagement Strategies:
Creates approaches to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
Evaluates and analyzes employee engagement metrics to inform strategies.
