Position Overview:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR leader with:
- A minimum of 15 years of comprehensive HR experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Experience in both large and small organizations is preferred.
- Strong technical acumen and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Previous involvement in performance management and succession planning is advantageous.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $235,000, commensurate with experience.
