The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent project management and organizational skills and is willing to help out wherever needed.


***This position is mostly onsite between Marin & SF


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the CEO’s complex calendar as well as organize meetings and conference calls
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Act as a gatekeeper - screen and direct incoming emails and phone calls
  • Draft internal and external communications
  • Help out with marketing efforts such as managing the company’s newsletters and website
  • Light personal support such as coordinating appointments and completing errands as needed
  • Set up and maintain up to date systems and data
  • Take ownership of additional duties and special projects


What you’ll bring:

  • At least two years of experience in C-level support
  • Professional, sophisticated communication skills; ample experience liaising with clients, vendors, and associates of all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Mailchimp
  • Tactful and thoughtful project management and organization skills
  • Discreet approach to sensitive information
  • Self-motivated, positive, and adaptable workstyle
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing



Comp: $75 - 85k + Bonus + Benefits
