An Exclusive Events Company is in search for an organized and prompt Executive Assistant to support their brilliant CEO and Founder. In this high-level and fast-paced support role, you will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the CEO and working to streamline daily administrative and operational tasks, while supporting strategic initiatives, functioning as a partner, and managing long-term projects. The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent project management and organizational skills and is willing to help out wherever needed.
***This position is mostly onsite between Marin & SF
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the CEO’s complex calendar as well as organize meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Act as a gatekeeper - screen and direct incoming emails and phone calls
- Draft internal and external communications
- Help out with marketing efforts such as managing the company’s newsletters and website
- Light personal support such as coordinating appointments and completing errands as needed
- Set up and maintain up to date systems and data
- Take ownership of additional duties and special projects
What you’ll bring:
- At least two years of experience in C-level support
- Professional, sophisticated communication skills; ample experience liaising with clients, vendors, and associates of all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Mailchimp
- Tactful and thoughtful project management and organization skills
- Discreet approach to sensitive information
- Self-motivated, positive, and adaptable workstyle
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing
Comp: $75 - 85k + Bonus + Benefits
