Role Overview: As the inaugural Executive Assistant to the CEO in our Seed stage organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing foundational systems for Human Resources, Recruitment, and Financial operations. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will also assist in fundraising efforts and manage various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment systems based on our initial playbook, aiding Hiring Managers in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Create comprehensive HR policies to accommodate employees across different regions, addressing visa, tax, benefits, and salary frameworks.
  • Assist with financial operations, collaborating with bookkeepers and supporting fundraising initiatives.
  • Help establish our operational rhythm by aiding co-founders in planning, goal-setting, and meeting management.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including travel arrangements and calendar management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in operational roles within high-growth startups or top-tier management consulting firms.
  • Availability to work in time zones that align with the CEO's schedule.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous, as Fleek values diverse language skills for global operations.
  • Familiarity with online clothing resale or vintage fashion is a plus.
