Comp: $180k -210 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
**This is a hybrid role in San Mateo**
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison to the executives by handling all correspondence
- Manage executives’ calendars by prioritizing tasks to keep them on schedule
- Coordinate meetings and events, such as material preparation, agendas, research, set up, etc.
- Assist with project management initiatives – track, document, and drive key deliverables
- Create documents such as reports, client presentations, and company overviews
- Organize travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare expense reports and maintain a record of receipts and paperwork
- Coordinate and manage multiple competing priorities, being able to utilize judgement on which tasks take precedent
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong tenure in past positions
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with remote executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle, JIRA, and Zoom a plus
- Warm, positive, and professional demeanor with a proactive approach to all tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience working for a mid - large global company
