Role Overview: We are in search of a highly organized and motivated individual to assume the role of Executive Partner to the CEO. This full-time position is designed to evolve every 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO as a strategic advisor, aiding in informed decision-making and enhancing productivity.
  • Lead critical projects that require immediate attention and significance.
  • Support the executive team by managing initiatives that fall outside the scope of other leaders, enhancing and sustaining performance dashboards, developing decision-making frameworks, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and refining company objectives.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, partnerships, and treasury management.
  • Manage relationships with investors, including organizing updates, preparing for funding rounds, and participating in meetings.
  • Coordinate internal business operations, encompassing leadership meetings, company-wide gatherings, cultural discussions, retreats, handbooks, and human resources.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in project and program management.
  • Experience in developing financial models.
  • A minimum of 2 years of combined experience in operational roles within a rapidly growing startup, strategy consulting, or venture capital.
