Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, North America

We are on the lookout for an innovative and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in shaping the workforce of our newly established office and plays a crucial role in attracting exceptional talent that aligns with our organizational culture.
Your Responsibilities
As a key player in our recruitment efforts, you will:
- Manage recruitment processes across various disciplines including art, programming, design, marketing, and administration.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to provide comprehensive recruitment support.
- Conduct behavioral competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Engage actively in enhancing candidate experience and promoting our employer brand.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, job fairs, and other relevant events.
- Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes in alignment with our North American strategy.
- Utilize effective tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain communication with candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Evaluate candidates through interviews and filter applicants for open roles.
- Prepare and disseminate job advertisements.
- Assist in the relocation process for new hires.
- Support the onboarding experience for new team members.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within gaming teams, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
- Hands-on experience with diverse selection methodologies.
- A proactive approach and the ability to make decisive choices.
- An open-minded attitude and a self-sufficient work style.
- A genuine passion for video games.
- A solid understanding of the North American gaming development market.
- Experience working in an international context, collaborating with teams across various locations and cultural backgrounds.
