Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blackstone Consulting, you will thrive in a dynamic and high-demand recruitment atmosphere where diligence, precision, creativity, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings through calls and emails prior to hiring manager evaluations.
  • Leverage the applicant tracking system to oversee job postings, manage candidate workflows, and produce recruitment analytics.
  • Advertise job openings across various platforms and oversee the influx of applicants.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics.
  • Organize and facilitate candidate interviews, both virtually and in-person.
  • Curate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Source, evaluate, and present a diverse array of high-caliber talent to hiring managers.
  • Utilize candidate databases and sourcing tools to engage with candidates and foster relationships that convert passive candidates into hires.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to illustrate the advantages of having a senior talent acquisition advisor and align talent with business objectives.
  • Work alongside the Talent Attraction Partner to brainstorm and implement effective attraction strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applicant tracking systems or automated recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in social and digital recruiting methods.
  • Exceptional cold calling abilities.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Confidence and sound judgment in interactions with hiring managers and team members.
  • Experience with behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing techniques.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, or
  • Equivalent experience as a Recruiter, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist.
  • HR professional certification is a plus.
