Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. This role will provide a wide range of talent acquisition-related activities in support of and in collaboration with our hiring partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity, including tracking and reporting on daily candidate interactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data and talent acquisition documents and files.
  • Post and manage job postings using our ATS, search sites, associations, and universities.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, including phone, online, and on-site interviews.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events as required.
  • Support the offer and new hire processes, including travel and logistics.
  • Compile information for reports and weekly reviews.
  • Ensure consistent policies, practices, and procedures throughout the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a related role.
  • Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience or High School Diploma with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Excellent understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance policies and procedures.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Dependability, self-motivation, proactivity, and teamwork.
