Job Title: Production Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to support our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will assist machine operators by managing the loading and unloading of materials, as well as sorting lightweight components into designated containers. You should be prepared to handle crates that may become heavy as they are filled.

Position Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 3 months.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site. Various shifts are available with competitive hourly pay rates: 1st shift (7 AM - 3:15 PM) at $15.50/hour, 2nd shift (3 PM - 11:15 PM) and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7:15 AM) both at $16.25/hour. Expect to work 50-60 hours per week, including required overtime, which may involve early arrivals or late departures. Safety is paramount; steel-toe footwear and safety eyewear are mandatory.
