Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing a strong partnership with hiring managers and adopting a consultative approach to sourcing and strategizing to identify exceptional talent.
  • Ensuring efficiency and precision in screening and evaluating candidates to fulfill a substantial number of non-exempt positions in the call center, while upholding quality of hire.
  • Coordinating interviews, leading consensus meetings to review interview outcomes, and extending offers to successful candidates that result in hires for the organization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and other recruitment teams to mitigate risks and execute the recruiting and hiring process seamlessly.
  • Independently managing the complete life cycle of recruiting with a focus on achieving time-to-fill objectives.
  • Formulating an effective sourcing strategy to ensure a steady influx of quality candidates for the talent pipeline.
  • Demonstrating strong candidate and client management abilities, with a proven track record of influence.
  • Serving as a recruitment partner and subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Navigating ambiguous situations or challenges and responding appropriately, leveraging subject matter expertise, skills, and capabilities.
  • Screening and advising candidates, coaching the hiring team, and negotiating offers.
  • Facilitating formal consensus meetings effectively with the hiring team.
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing.
  • Proven capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • 1+ years of familiarity with Google Suite and Workday is advantageous.
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies in collaboration with recruiting managers and peers.
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet hiring objectives and deliver results.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to adhere strictly to internal processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to excel in high-volume environments.
  • Outstanding time management abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
