Job Overview

RemX is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting recruitment efforts across various manufacturing sites.

Location: Onsite

Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top talent for hourly production, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, and professional roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for diverse positions including production and engineering roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess their staffing requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies
  • Develop and disseminate job advertisements through multiple channels
  • Source, evaluate, and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Leverage an applicant tracking system to oversee candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Facilitate and engage in both virtual and in-person interviews
  • Engage with recruitment agencies to support staffing needs
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including offers, background checks, and orientation scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous
  • A minimum of three years of comprehensive recruiting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
