About the Role:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our well-established Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will adeptly guide candidates through the recruitment and selection process within the Investment Banking, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Capital Markets sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure hiring objectives are met. This includes crafting engaging position descriptions, sourcing a diverse array of candidates, promoting the Software talent brand to draw in top-tier talent, screening applicants, advising business partners on the recruitment process, and negotiating job offers.
  • Identify and attract exceptional candidates. Go beyond standard applications by utilizing search engines, career platforms, recruitment events, and other innovative sourcing strategies to secure the best talent in the competitive SaaS landscape.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to comprehend specific talent requirements.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to pinpoint and recruit outstanding talent, managing the candidate development process from initial identification and engagement to offer presentation and closure.
  • Work collaboratively across a team of high-performing recruiters, fostering a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusivity.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to proactively deliver updates on status and hiring outcomes to leadership and HR partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting, encompassing full lifecycle, market research, and sourcing (proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is essential).
  • At least 2 years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously while building and enhancing strong working relationships with those managers and their teams.
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to employ innovative strategies to attract and recruit diverse talent.
  • Familiarity with compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.
