Position Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles across multiple teams.
- Building and nurturing candidate pipelines while implementing effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fulfill the organization’s talent requirements.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to results, while maintaining a client and candidate-focused approach.
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and showcasing a passion for the organization and your profession.
- Staying informed about market trends and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 4-7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency setting.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes across various disciplines.
- Strong ability to proactively engage with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for corporate and senior-level management positions.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships effectively.
- Experience in recruiting for creative roles such as photographers or videographers.
- Familiarity with Workday and relevant certifications.
