Position Details
- Assignment Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension or permanent role.)
- Location: Remote/Hybrid
- Compensation: $29.09 per hour
- Work Schedule: Hybrid Monday – Friday (on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
This is a Hybrid role.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and devise effective recruiting strategies.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and establish a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate subsequent interview schedules.
- Extend job offers and manage onboarding processes.
- Ensure precise and timely data entry and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Compensation Details: $29.09 per hour
