Position Details

  • Assignment Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension or permanent role.)
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid
  • Compensation: $29.09 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid Monday – Friday (on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and devise effective recruiting strategies.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and establish a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate subsequent interview schedules.
  • Extend job offers and manage onboarding processes.
  • Ensure precise and timely data entry and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.


Compensation Details: $29.09 per hour
