Type: Project-Based Consulting Role

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our client's operations on a project basis. The client is a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, committed to fostering employee growth and a positive workplace culture. This role is crucial in managing all facets of human resources to enhance the client’s workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the client attracts high-caliber candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, conduct investigations, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Create and implement performance evaluation systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs, organize educational programs, and promote career advancement initiatives.
  • HR Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, revising policies as necessary.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics for management review, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 7 years of HR management experience in traditional industries, such as manufacturing or logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is advantageous.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals and foster organizational growth.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels and effectively convey HR policies.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related tools.
