Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital administrative role within the HR department, encompassing responsibilities in Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. This position is client-facing, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization to execute HR policies, address inquiries, facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, assist in recruitment efforts, and organize training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide operational support to the HR team, focusing on the onboarding and offboarding processes while adhering to established procedures.
2. Complete and verify Forms I-9, maintaining accurate I-9 documentation.
3. Assist with new employee background checks and fingerprinting requirements by submitting online investigation requests.
4. Offer guidance to employees regarding the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Manage the HR email inbox, ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries.
6. Collaborate with the Office Manager to facilitate New Employee Orientation.
7. Support various HR initiatives, including mandatory training and the maintenance of electronic personnel files.
8. Oversee HR reporting, including organizational charts and employee celebration reports, and assist in creating presentations and special projects.
9. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to enhance recruitment activities and scheduling.
10. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; HR certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to client service.
- Willingness to work onsite in a hybrid model as needed.
