Quatrro HR Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Lead HR Specialist to enhance our mission-driven workforce. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide array of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee retention, compensation management, benefits administration, and compliance oversight. We seek a proactive individual who is eager to engage in performance management, employee relations, and HR development while ensuring data accuracy within our HRIS.

As a vital supporter of both client management and employees, you will interpret policies, implement programs, and offer innovative solutions. This hybrid role involves client site visits and onsite support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with junior HR professionals, managers, and directors to implement client workflows and policies.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, working closely with our talent acquisition team to attract exceptional candidates.
  • Provide expert advice on the employee life cycle, from onboarding through to career advancement.
  • Manage and refine HR processes, including performance evaluations, leave management, and workers' compensation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management regarding HR policies and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and resolve complex workplace challenges with discretion and professionalism.
  • Mentor junior HR team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and HRIS systems, including workers' compensation and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and applicant tracking systems.
