Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a field related to human resources management, combined with significant technical HR experience, particularly in the public sector.

Substitution Clause: Additional relevant HR experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications on a year-for-year basis. Advanced studies in HR management may also count as specialized experience.

Promotional Criteria:

  • At least one year of service as a Senior Human Resources Analyst within the organization.
  • Civil service status as a Senior Human Resources Analyst is required.
