Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Operations Specialist will engage in both strategic and operational responsibilities.

This role will collaborate with the Human Resources team and various stakeholders across the organization in areas such as payroll, compensation and benefits administration, immigration assistance, vendor management, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and precise administration of employee payroll.
  • Provide administrative and payroll support for expatriate associates.
  • Work with finance to reconcile and journal semi-monthly payrolls and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local regulations while monitoring legislative changes.
  • Assist with Non-Discrimination Testing, 5500 Audits, and Internal Audits.
  • Coordinate processes with internal stakeholders and external counsel throughout the immigration process.
  • Support reporting analysis for the Supplemental Executive Compensation Plan.
  • Generate reports in company systems, including monthly headcount and turnover metrics.
  • Facilitate reporting for EEOC, Census Data, Global, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures related to HR Administration, payroll, and benefits.
  • Manage data administration for all employee life-cycle events within various HRIS.
  • Act as a key HR team member to support various HR initiatives as required.
  • Assist with the end-of-year annual compensation process, including master spreadsheets and conducting analysis.
  • Serve as the primary contact for data requests.
Role Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, including ADP payroll, compensation processes, and immigration.
  • Preferred: College graduate.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • CPP or HR Certification is a plus.
