Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee the human resources functions within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR practices align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and promote the company’s culture, values, and policies.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

A minimum of two years of experience in human resources, employment law, or a related area is required.

Experience as a paralegal is considered a plus.

A combination of education and experience may be evaluated based on the applicant's qualifications.

Knowledge Requirements: Familiarity with HR management principles and labor relations practices.

Understanding of relevant federal and state employment laws, including Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Civil Rights Act.
