What Will You Do?

  • Develop business relationships with new and repeat customers in your territory, assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Make customer sales calls, including a mix of existing business and prospecting for new customers and projects.
  • Work closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and troubleshooting any installation issues.
  • Participate in an enriching training process, traveling to our headquarters for scheduled training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, commercial, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in business development and project management, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn a new industry and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000.
  • Uncapped commission potential (first 2 years): approx. $15,000 - $50,000.
  • Supplemental pay types: commission pay, bonus pay.
