Job Overview

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales of the company's capital equipment, disposable products, and service offerings.

This role involves engaging with both existing and potential clients to assess their needs, concerns, and challenges.

Territory Managers will leverage this information to propose solutions that address customer issues while fostering long-term relationships between the client, the company, and the Territory Manager.

The position requires the development of new accounts and the expansion of business within established territories.

Success in this role includes exceeding assigned sales targets and responding to requests for information from sales management, marketing, and corporate administration.

Compliance with corporate policies and guidelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving or surpassing Annual Territory Revenue Sales and Gross Profit Targets.
  • Strategically organizing and planning territory coverage for optimal efficiency.
  • Utilizing company promotional programs, financing options, and other resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintaining accurate sales documentation and CRM records in a timely manner.
  • Providing essential post-sales support, including installation assistance and customer training.
  • Acting as a liaison between the company and customers to keep them informed about pricing, services, and product launches.
  • Conducting routine follow-ups with customers to ensure strong relationships.
  • Staying updated on product modifications and enhancements.
  • Gathering market data to assist marketing in meeting customer needs.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years in sales or marketing. Experience or interest in commission-based compensation.

Preferred:
Experience in medical device sales or within a healthcare environment is highly valued. A proven track record of success. Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office) and strong communication skills (both verbal and written). A high degree of initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Physical ability to lift and carry equipment (minimum 40 lbs).
