Key Responsibilities:

  • Boost sales performance within the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the primary contact for both current and prospective clients in the designated area.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels including email, phone, video conferencing, webinars, and virtual product showcases to advocate for the company's offerings.
  • Identify and connect with new potential clients while fostering enduring relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives across different regions to exchange best practices and ensure a unified sales strategy.
  • Work in tandem with internal teams to deliver high-level technical support and insights to clients.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sectors.
  • Ability to articulate and present complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
