Sales Territory Manager

Essential Duties:
- Master our proven sales methodology during training and apply it in the field
- Generate new business by engaging with local enterprises and establishing new accounts
- Utilize our effective system to create a sustainable referral network for the long term
Required Qualifications
- Experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
- Proven track record of quickly building trust and rapport
- Goal-oriented and self-driven
- Possession of an active insurance license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring
