CSI Pharmacy is in search of a Specialty Sales Account Executive responsible for fostering and nurturing relationships with referral sources within the designated sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Senior Management to enhance operational efficiency, product expertise, and sales capabilities to achieve both personal and organizational objectives.
- Develop a strategic business plan aimed at meeting and surpassing projected annual sales revenue targets.
- Proactively seek referrals from existing and potential clients.
- Address customer grievances in alignment with company policies and promptly inform management.
- Create and implement territory plans to maximize efficiency in addressing customer needs and pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate referral sources about all CSI services tailored to customer requirements and advantages.
- Devise competitive strategies and routing based on market analysis.
- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and directives to fulfill corporate objectives and ensure profitable sales.
- Complete and submit all necessary reports and administrative tasks punctually.
- Maintain accurate files and records as per company standards and requirements.
- Meet established company benchmarks in the following areas:
- Sales skills
- Product and competitive knowledge
- Account and territory engagement
- Professional demeanor and conduct
- Expense management within the company sales budget
- Collaborate with Senior Management to boost efficiency, product knowledge, and sales skills to achieve personal and corporate goals.
- Assist management with special projects, including market testing, surveys, budget development, and territory assessments.
- Deliver high-quality services to home-care patients and referral sources.
- Participate in conventions, trade shows, and in-services related to IV therapy.
- Consistently represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner.
- Maintain effective working relationships and collaborate with all company personnel.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exhibit the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication to build and sustain a robust customer base.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Experience:
- Preferred college degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years in medical sales or a related field.
- Experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy is advantageous.
