Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing business strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Manage and execute market segment growth plans to increase revenue and expand our presence in key markets.
  • Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop dynamic creative proposals and presentations.
  • Participate in and lead in-person pitches to client audiences.
  • Manage and forecast annual budgets and expense-related accounts.
  • Strategize future business growth and development to increase ROI year-over-year.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies.
  • Strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives.
  • Ability to research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and execute market segment growth plans.
  • Experience with CRM databases and software.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50% of the time).
