Position Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dynamic and driven sales leader for the role of Regional Sales Leader in South Carolina.

This position will report directly to the Southeast Regional Manager and will focus on the strategic growth and market expansion within the designated territory.

This role is pivotal in representing our Metallic Building Systems product line.


Key Responsibilities
  • Formulates and executes market strategies that encompass customer insights, competitive analysis, growth potential, and revenue objectives.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of all products and systems provided by Cornerstone Building Brands within the market.
  • Exhibits a comprehensive grasp of key customers' operations and the essential metrics that influence each account.
  • Collaborates effectively with all internal departments at Cornerstone Building Brands to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in working with Operating Systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales/marketing or sales management experience, with at least 5 years in the Building Materials sector.
  • Experience in the pre-engineered building industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with all associates, customers, subsidiaries, and agents of Cornerstone Building Brands.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
  • Ability to interpret and translate architectural plans and specifications.
  • Capable of analyzing market trends and competition to formulate strategic responses to opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel 50-70% within the market.

Compensation for this incentive-based role typically ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, along with a monthly auto allowance and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from day one.

Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
