Regional Sales Director

Pareto Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, underwriting, market development, and marketing teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cost containment programs and their application in the market
- 5+ years of experience in the self-insured market
- Advanced knowledge of the designated marketplace
- Familiarity with CRM applications
- Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
