About the Role

Pareto Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, underwriting, market development, and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cost containment programs and their application in the market
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the self-insured market
  • Advanced knowledge of the designated marketplace
  • Familiarity with CRM applications
  • Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
