Our Regional Sales Executives are professionals who possess the insight and commitment necessary to aid our existing and prospective dealership partners in increasing their vehicle sales through enhanced customer financing.
Position Overview
What does the role entail?
The Regional Sales Executive serves as the representative of our organization to our primary clientele – the dealerships. The primary objective of this position is to boost the volume of financed transactions by collaborating with dealerships that align with our business model.
This role fosters growth by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with dealerships within their designated region. Our program emphasizes a consultative sales and management methodology. Building robust partnerships with dealerships that recognize how our offerings can enhance their business performance is crucial for success in this position.
This is a full-time role reporting to our Regional Sales Directors. We seek candidates located in the United States who are adept at working remotely and traveling as needed.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Executive
Present and articulate company products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person; Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other assigned accounts; Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from outreach to Independent and Franchise dealerships; Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors; Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone or in-person interactions, with dealer partners regarding current programs; and Educate dealers on Westlake Financial Services, including the necessary documentation for prompt contract funding.Desired Qualifications
Attributes we seek in our Regional Sales Executive:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) High School diploma or equivalent (required) College degree or relevant work experience (preferred) Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within an Automotive Dealership 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record Clear and effective presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies Results-oriented: achieving objectives in alignment with company goals Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealership visitsBenefits Offered
