**Position: Regional Solar Sales Manager**

**Location:** Columbia, SC

**Employment Type:** Full Time

**Role Level:** Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and achieve our customer acquisition and revenue objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in maximizing the potential of our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and presenting these plans to senior management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that broadens the customer base and enhances the company's market presence.
  • Oversee the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market trends while staying informed about new products and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications:**

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from initial planning to successful closure.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team management abilities.
