As a Branch Financial Sales Leader, you will spearhead sales initiatives and manage branch operations, supported by a dedicated operations specialist. Your responsibilities will include engaging in outreach efforts to attract new clientele, ensuring proactive engagement with customers, and providing expert guidance on financial solutions for both individual and small business needs. You will also build banking relationships, extend credit options, and identify referrals for specialized services, thereby fulfilling consumer investment requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Additional requirements include federal registration in accordance with the SAFE Act, active FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations, and a state-specific life insurance license. Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of retail banking products and services, strong networking capabilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
