**Financial Services Branch Manager**

First Citizens Bank is in search of a proactive and motivated individual to fill the role of Financial Services Branch Manager. As a Financial Services Branch Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives and oversee the daily operations of the branch, supported by a dedicated operations team. Your responsibilities will include engaging in outreach efforts to attract new clients, ensuring proactive interactions with customers, and providing expert guidance on financial solutions for both individual and small business clients. You will also cultivate banking relationships, facilitate credit extensions, and identify opportunities for specialized services, thereby addressing the investment needs of consumers.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory responsibilities. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Additional qualifications include federal registration in accordance with the SAFE Act, active FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations, and a state-specific life insurance license. Preferred candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of retail banking products and services, possess excellent networking skills, and exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities.
