Role Overview

We are in search of an exceptional sales leader who excels in strategic selling and relationship cultivation to enhance our connections with General Counsels and Legal Departments in large enterprises (>$100 million in annual revenue).

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will be instrumental in driving sustainable revenue growth by forging strategic alliances with new clients.

This role requires identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking and utilizing various outreach tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business accounts aligned with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP), focusing on General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of OGC Global's services and our Unique Value Proposition (UVP) within the legal sector.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across services and sectors to deepen understanding of our UVP for prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about the evolving legal landscape and the challenges faced by potential clients.
  • Design and implement targeted prospecting campaigns that complement our marketing strategies.
  • Meet established weekly and daily performance metrics to ensure consistent quota achievement.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and manage data effectively through our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales to C-Level Executives and/or Legal Departments, with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or JD) is preferred.
  • Experience in selling professional services to executive teams or corporate legal departments is essential, with familiarity in technology, pharma, biotech, med tech, or e-commerce being advantageous.
  • Proven ability to initiate cold calls and secure meetings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with systems such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Suite is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A creative, resilient, and process-oriented team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization.
Compensation and Work Environment

This position is fully remote, with occasional travel required.

OGC Global anticipates a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, influenced by market data and the candidate's qualifications, including education and experience.

The On-Target Earnings for this role is projected at $250,000, with a variable component based on quarterly bonuses.
