Experience Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading both product and engineering divisions, particularly within large, intricate technical organizations (200+ headcount).
  • Proven track record in guiding product and engineering teams focused on developing and delivering platform capabilities.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise clients and navigating a marketplace business model where partner balance is essential.
  • Passion for operational excellence and structuring teams for optimal efficiency and productivity, with expertise in large-scale project management and iterative development.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams through various growth phases in hypergrowth and scale-up environments (ranging from $100M to $1B).
  • Experience in developing both purely technical products and those integrated within broader solutions, such as ecosystems or service collaborations.
  • Ability to guide teams in maturing existing products and discerning when to build, buy, or partner.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this role will range between $207,900 and $429,000, reflective of various factors including market conditions, individual qualifications, and experience. Note that variable compensation may also apply based on the role.
