In the capacity of Loan Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing the processing of both consumer and commercial loans, delivering exceptional customer service to our clientele, assisting loan officers with the setup of loans, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their loan accounts.
  • Conduct routine loan processing tasks, such as ordering credit reports, appraisals, title reports, and other necessary data for underwriting; preparing loan documentation; and processing loan payments and payoffs.
  • Gain familiarity with regulatory tracking and reporting requirements related to consumer and commercial loans. Training will be provided.
  • Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring that all documents are properly signed and files are complete and compliant.
  • Board completed loans and lines of credit, including disbursements, collateral, and lien holder information.
  • Monitor files that are pending.
  • Prepare modifications, maintain logs, and update relevant software fields.
  • File loan documents and title policies.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers to review title commitments/reports for potential issues and request loan payoffs.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of general office experience.

Previous experience in loan servicing is preferred but not mandatory.
