Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
  • Identify recruitment needs by analyzing organizational goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Develop applicant sources by engaging with community organizations, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, media outlets, and online platforms.
  • Attract candidates by advertising job openings; connect with recruiters through various online forums and job boards.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews; assess responses, verify references, and match qualifications to job specifications.
  • Coordinate management interviews by organizing schedules; arrange travel, accommodations, and meals as necessary.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and facilitate community tours.
  • Oversee new employee relocation by assessing their needs and requirements.
  • Enhance the organization's appeal by suggesting innovative policies and practices.
  • Monitor job offers and compensation strategies; highlight benefits and incentives.
  • Manage internship programs by conducting orientation sessions; schedule rotations and assignments; track intern contributions; advise managers on training and mentorship.
  • Mitigate legal risks by staying informed about current employment legislation; enforce compliance with management and provide training.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional literature, maintaining networks, and participating in relevant organizations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate recruiting within human resources is preferred.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • General understanding of contemporary employment laws and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to uphold the confidentiality of human resources activities.
  • Experience in database management and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events, college visits, and career fairs.
