Position Overview

Samba Care is currently in search of a Mobile MRI Specialist to join our team.

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing examination areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patient assessments.
  • Administering imaging agents to facilitate the acquisition of high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Positioning patients appropriately and providing clear explanations of procedures to ensure their comfort and understanding.
  • Inputting commands into the imaging system to document and specify scanning protocols, while monitoring the display for necessary adjustments.
  • Ensuring patient safety during imaging procedures and adhering to protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Generating diagnostic images and communicating critical findings to the supervising physician, while maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Coordinating daily schedules for procedures, including emergency cases, and managing radiographic supplies.
  • Handling administrative duties such as addressing technical inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing pre-procedure guidance.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and emergency repairs on imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
