International Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

Mai Placement is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive International Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for our diverse teams across various regions. The successful candidate will bring 3-5 years of recruitment expertise, including a minimum of 2 years in a global recruitment capacity. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a strategic approach to recruitment, are essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a solid understanding of international employment regulations will be advantageous. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in relationship-building and can deliver detailed reports to the HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for our international teams, encompassing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Collaboration: Partner closely with HR leadership to provide consistent updates and insights on recruitment status, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Evaluation: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with our organizational culture.

Candidate Presentation: Recommend the most suitable candidates to HR leadership for final interviews and decision-making.

Process Enhancement: Continuously refine the recruitment process by integrating best practices and utilizing constructive feedback.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to local and international employment laws and standards.

Market Insight: Remain informed about global recruitment trends and labor market dynamics to effectively attract top-tier talent.

Candidate Experience: Uphold a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Data Management: Maintain precise and current records of all recruitment activities and candidate profiles.

Networking: Cultivate and sustain a robust network of potential candidates through industry connections and professional associations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a global recruitment role.
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment technologies is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of international employment laws is a plus.
