Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, including:
- Posting job openings on various platforms and managing print advertisements.
- Conducting preliminary screenings of candidates to determine suitability for interviews.
- Coordinating interview schedules for candidates at different stages of the hiring process.
- Collecting and processing employment applications, resumes, and referrals.
- Responding to inquiries from potential candidates regarding recruitment.
- Monitoring advertisement performance and refreshing postings as necessary.
- Providing new hires with essential documentation and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Participating in departmental meetings to discuss hiring progress and staffing needs.
- Maintaining organized personnel files and tracking referral bonuses.
- Generating offer letters through the applicant tracking system.
- Assisting with additional projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A solid understanding of office administrative practices.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience

- Previous experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with job posting on various online platforms.
