Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, including:

  • Coordinating interview schedules for candidates at different stages of the hiring process.
  • Collecting and processing employment applications, resumes, and referrals.

  • Providing new hires with essential documentation and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

  • Assisting with additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education and Experience
Applicants should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with job posting on various online platforms.

  • Experience in recruitment within the education sector is a plus.
