International Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote (Full Time)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Position Summary:

Mai Placement is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated International Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for our domestic and international teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 3-5 years in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to global or international hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a strategic approach to recruitment, are essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a solid understanding of employment laws across various jurisdictions will be advantageous. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills capable of delivering detailed reports and updates to the HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for both domestic and international teams, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Collaboration: Partner closely with HR leadership to provide ongoing updates and insights regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and strategies.

Candidate Evaluation: Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and organizational fit.

Candidate Presentation: Present the most suitable candidates to HR leadership for final interviews and decision-making.

Process Enhancement: Continuously refine the recruitment process by adopting best practices and leveraging feedback.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local and international employment laws and regulations.

Market Insights: Stay informed about global recruitment trends and labor market dynamics to effectively attract top talent.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and current records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

Networking: Develop and sustain a robust network of potential candidates through industry connections, professional associations, and employee referrals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a global or international recruitment capacity.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in various countries is a plus.
